I have performed with a wide variety of ensembles in many roles and on several instruments. Below are some of the highlights!
I participated in the WIU Concerto Competition in 2018 and was the only wind player to win. In 2019, I performed the Copland Clarinet Concerto with the orchestra. The performance can be found below at the 59 minute mark.

I sat principal clarinet in the WIU Orchestra for three and a half years, the first semester sitting assistant clarinet. Below is one of the many performances I gave during that time. At 31:00 is the Dvorak Cello Concerto in B Minor, which features clarinet occasionally throughout. 25:38 is I Got Plenty O' Nuttin from Porgy and Bess, featuring a different style of playing for the clarinet.

The video below is from a faculty ensemble I performed with at WIU for the annual Electroacoustic concert. The performance can be found at 44:10 and is accompanied by a track also written by Jim Caldwell. I have also performed for a variety of other chamber ensembles in a wide range of styles.
I direct the Maple City German Band, and we were unable to have a live concert the summer of 2020 due to the pandemic, so I created a virtual ensemble of a traditional piece instead.
The Maple City Band was also unable to have live performances the summer of 2020, so the director requested videos be made instead to share with our audience. This is one of the videos I created.
We wanted to thank our advertisers from the 2020 season, so I used recordings from a previous year and made the video.

Since 2016, I occasionally perform solos with the band. For all other pieces I am a member of the percussion section or guest directing.
Since 2016, I play clarinet for the Macomb band alongside many Western Illinois University faculty and community members.
Ever since 2016, I perform reed books for various pit orchestras, including performances of Rhythm City, Oliver, Mame, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and more.
I play for a variety of chamber ensembles in the community for special events and concerts.
I performed multiple times in the WIU Opera Pit, performing Hansel and Gretel, Le Nozze di Figaro, The Old Maid and the Thief, and The Devil and Daniel Webster. I directed the opera pit for the 2023 opera The Cask of Amontillado.
I performed as a cymbal player for three years in the WIU Marching Leathernecks drum line, serving as its section leader. I also played clarinet for one year in the ensemble.
I performed as principal clarinet in a variety of Chamber Winds concerts. The ensemble is comprised of the top players from the Wind Ensemble.
I have performed on percussion as a substitute for Western's Concert Band.
In 2018, I sang with Western's Concert Choir, where I also sang in the Masterworks Concert with the orchestra.
In 2017, I sang in the Geneseo Community Choir as a soprano.
I performed with Festival 56 in 2022 and the Quad Cities Music Guild in 2018.
I performed as a soloist for various First United Methodist services in Geneseo and have performed as a guest at other churches as well from 2012-2020.
I performed with First United Methodist Church's bell choir from 2015-2016.
I was in Honors Band all four years of High School. The final two years I sat first chair.
I performed on alto saxophone during my senior year at Geneseo High School.
I auditioned for the QCYSO my senior year of high school and was placed second chair.
In 2014, I travelled throughout Europe with the Illinois Ambassadors of Music, sitting principal clarinet for our variety of performances.
I was eligible for All-State all four years, but due to age restrictions, I was only able to go my Junior and Senior year. I made the Honors Band both years.
I sat first chair my Freshman year and remained at the top of the ensemble all four years. I also participated in the junior band in 7th and 8th grade.
I took piano and vocal lessons my senior year of high school and then performed on my teacher's studio recital at the end of the year.
During High School, I played clarinet in the Maple City Band. I now play percussion.
